We process orders during our standard office hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note, orders placed after 4:00 PM may not be shipped the same day.

Shipping Options for Italy-Based Customers

For our customers in Italy, we offer free shipping on orders exceeding 69 euros. These orders are shipped using BRT and TNT couriers, ensuring reliable and prompt delivery.

- Standard Delivery: 24-48 hours across Italy, except for delays by the courier itself (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

If payment on delivery (Contrassegno) is chosen at the time of the order, the cost of the service equal to €3,90 will be added to the sum of the order and shipment.

International Shipping Options

- USA Customers: Free delivery is available for orders above 250 euros.
